Fantastic!! So happy for the two of you, and this is coming from a former co-worker and current mother of a 4 year old in Jo-Jo’s care! I would trust no one more than the two of you (and a few other valued co-workers from the past!) What a terrific resource this book will be, I wish it had come out about 3 years ago, even having worked in the field, I could have used it as a new Mom! Leaving my kids in someone else’s care for up to 8 hours 4-5 days a week was and continues to be the hardest thing I have ever done, I am so blessed to have complete and utter faith in their care givers.
